White Birch Harbor is situated along the southernmost border in the Kingdom of Shrimae on the trade heavy Wyk Channel. It is known as the gateway to Redia, as many refugees from the Westerlands make their initial arrival here.

White Birch had been ruled by House Reksah for hundreds of years in peace, but like all things, the peace would not last. A Great War broke out among all the Kingdoms which lasted many years. This war would see the end of House Reksah, and usher in a new age for White Birch.

Following the Great War, House Al'Sorna gained control of White Birch and named it their capital. It has remained so for the last 20 years. While maintaining the heavy trade and fishing industry, they are an ambitious House. While they have sworn loyalty to their King, it is a loyalty balancing on a tightrope. Many of the leading members of House Al'Sorna wish to cross the Wyk Channel and expand their lands into the rich forests of the south. Only time will tell how far these once proud conquerors will go to reclaim their glory.
