Khasars have many unique mechanics that are essential to understand before joining/leading a Khasar.
No Permanent Building
Khasars set up "camps" which must be taken down after 2 weeks but there is no minimum amount of time limit for a Khasar to pick up and move. Members of a Khasar will be able to store their items in their Herd which are explained below. A warp will be set at every new location the Khasar decides to set up. (This warp will always be named /warp Khasar. Only members of a Khasar will have permission to use this warp.) Khans will be able to claim land and build/destroy at their will, however when they move they must unclaim all land in order for it to regenerate back to it's natural form.
Herds
Every member of a Khasar will have access to a plugin we have configured specifically for this mechanic. Players will be able to use a saddle to access their Herds. Khasar members will also be able to travel the world with real Herds. (and this is encouraged over the Herd mechanic.) However real herds create problems if the Khasar moves while a member is offline. If members trust their leaders to do so, the leaders will also be able to move a members Herd when they move locations.
Diplomacy
Khasars may take part in diplomacy with any other kingdom in Redia that they wish. However be wary when agreeing to an alliance with these herdsmen. They are always able to break alliances and assault any town they please. (Within rules of kingdom wars.) Khasars may also join in on wars either as an enemy to all, or may have an alliance with one of the kingdoms involved.
Khasars During Peace
During times of peace, Khasars are usually out roaming the wilderness, growing their herds. They forge excellent bows, and usually have a few horses for sale. (Which are also exceptional.)
Khasars During War
During times of war, Khasars are the dangerous variable. They may take advantage of war ridden countries and assault your city, looting everything they see. However they may also prove to be extremely helpful if an alliance is made. (Be wary when making deals with Khasars)
Khan's And Their Responsibilities
Khan's have very unique and important responsibilities. They must be very active members of the community to keep the Khasar's nomadic aspect alive.
When choosing a new location to set up camp, the Khan must claim the land before building/destroying anything. When a Khasar moves, the Khan is responsible for making sure every players Herd is taken along with the Khasar. Inactive players' Herds may be confiscated to do as you please with. (Use some judgement when this is an option. If a player was on 2 days ago, don't divide up their belongings and give it out. However if they have constantly been going inactive for a week or so at a time, it may be time to thin the herd.)
